Not actually homebrewed, that's a Pathfinder 1e item, the Blinkback Belt.

If I have lit torches in an abandoned ruin, they're typically continual flame. But even creatures with darkvision probably want to see...

There was something like bracers of infinite daggers as well, which let you conjure and throw them. 2014 artificer has it too.
