Spell focus might not help, but weapon focus (ray) will give +1 to all those touch attack rolls :p

The Kalamar Players Guide has a character class with 3 skill points per level. Works quite well.

3.5 edition did away with the feat 'Ambidexterity'. Now the only feat erquired to fight with two weapons is 'two weapon fighting. Does this mean that you can choose which hand is your primary and can you switch between rounds?? thanks

I am pretty sure that they do. Though that makes them very powerful. But I always thought that the version in MotW was kind of weak. So i guess that means I dont know for sure. sorry :(
