Yeah, it does actually. I misunderstood even the standard character sheet and thought that both fields would increase. Can't believe I messed up that bad.

Thanks for this sheet. I was a little lost with the Ability Check Modifier and the Ability Modifier. I thought the two would just add the same.

I was looking at taking maybe a few of the BMR powers (Circling Strike, Predator Strike, stuff like that) and then still using a decent run of Ranger powers. I'm playing the BMR as a Half-Elf, so I get to have a few extra powers too.
