That is funny you say that, my player is playing an elemental savant (air) and he memorizes all energy spells as lightning (with one of the elemental feats, can't remember what it is called)..... this spell is an obvious wversight on WotC's part imho...

Just a side note I haven't heard anyone mention this, but if a Sorcerer casts the 1d4+1 chr spell (or drinks a potion of charisma) he or she will benefit from bonus spells cast per day, just as if she was wearing a cloak of charisma. Same would go for bards. One thing no one has brought up...

I would make PBS a requirement, and just have the benefit read: Sharpshooter increases the range your point blank shots and ranged sneak attacks inflict extra damage in by 15ft, making it 45ft. Normal: Normally the range is 30ft.
