Dead Gods is my personal fav, being as it was the first game I DMed (kinda ambitious yea, but the players enjoyed it). That and I love the Planescape setting.

Yea Infinite Staircase is basically a bunch of quick adventures, you can usually get through them in 1-3 game sessions. Great for fillers though.
