Though I wouldn't run it as written, City of Dis is also good for plundering.
Easy mistake, but it's called
Fires of Dis. My group is just about to finish this one. I ran it pretty much as written and I gotta say I thought it was great just as it is. There's a couple little bumps in the quest that your player's might question as they are advancing through the adventure but with a little creative BS'ing you can come up with resolutions. The thing I really liked about this one are all the MANY different creative encounters it had. I love flavor, and I thought this adventure provided the PC's with tons of interesting fluff. The last couple of encounters need some serious tweaking to balance it with a 6-7th lvl party though. As ThirdWizard said, even if you don't like quests like this one had, it still has about 20 different encounters & NPC's that would be fun to use in your own adventure.
The Eternal Bounary is a pretty good low level adventure. It's an investigation type adventure that just keeps getting more & more twisted the more the PC's figure out what's going on.
Deva Spark is a low level adventure that is more light hearted. I almost ran it but decided not to at the last minute. I just figured my PC's would enjoy it at first but then find it a little too cute. It had a couple of encounters that I concidered using in something else, and it has a good storyline, but overall I think it needed more encounters and it was missing a LOT of fluff for the encounters it did have.
Something Wild seems pretty good. I might run it as a side quest if I can sometime. The plot seems a little lame but it can be spiced up. The only thing I'm worried with this one is that it also seems to be missing more detailed encounters. It seems to be a little sparse.
Harbinger House gets a lot of praise. I've never run it or read through it, but I've heard it's good except for one chase scene that I hear people say they have problems working with.
Great Modron March is supposed to be good. You deal with those pesky Modrons that everyone loves[hates]
Then there's
In the Abyss and another adventure called
Doors to the Unknown. I've heard these are "ok" but I haven't read through them. Maybe someone else can comment on these.
Keep in mind that ALL of the adventures everyone has listed are 2e Planescape adventures. You'll need to convert them if you are running 3e but it doesn't take a lot of work. Most of the monsters have been converted in books & various websites.
