    Outside of the 3.5 books where can I go to find Eberron lore? Did the 4th edition books have it, and is the campaign world supported in 5th edition? Bonus question: Are there any sites other than Keith Bakers where a discussion might be had about it?

    My GM made the rules switch mid-campaign. I assumed that it was some inferior 3.5 clone without giving it a look. After that I never looked back, and I even switched to PF for the games I ran.

    OP your fixes are not fixing anything. The way the rules are interlink almost require you to rewrite the entire system. The best thing to do is to have a gentlemen's agreement with the players to not to certain things.

    With weapons a higher crit range is better than higher base damage so the katana is still the better weapon.

    In PFS the GM is not allowed to alter the story or change the monsters. To a large extent he is not even allowed to change the tactics the writers say the NPC's/bad guys use.
