After looking things up and searching about a bit I think I will go with a pure Hexblade. I will probably choose an outsider race but I'm not sure what I should pick from that list. I would like to have no LA and I want to be Chaotic Neutral.

Well my DM doesn't really want races from other planes. and he wants some more base races. Not knowing much myself I love Drow but not sure if they are best choice

I like the eye lasers. Also being an Outsider is cool. I mostly like the idea behind it but i feel it is decently functional that will help my char. The AC Con and Cha will help my Hexblade levels and will make him a better fighter.
