Yeah I pushed through on the Fly's, I was able to focus/isolate enough that the chest did its thing, but the Incline was not happening...

Got there today. Biceps, Face Pull, Bench, Dips, Pull Ups, all good. Flys, pain starts, Incline? Nope. Lat Raise? Absolutely not...
