    D&D 5E (2024) Forgotten Realms subclasses discussion.

Ohhh, got it. That makes more sense

    D&D 5E (2024) Forgotten Realms subclasses discussion.

Does anyone else think that the College of the Moon Bard's level 6 ability is supposed to be at-will, and not once per long rest? Causing a friend to regain 2d4 hp once per long rest does not seem like enough to be an entire level 6 ability...

    D&D 5E (2024) What should the 15th Class be?

5e essentially is a superhero game, imo.

    D&D 5E (2024) What should the 15th Class be?

Witches have pretty broad representations across many cultures. They can be crafty Ghibli witches or curse-slinging cacklers. I think they'd have a unique mix of primal and arcane spells, and a few unique ones of their own, since their means of learning magic is traditional knowledge, somewhere...

    D&D 5E (2024) What should the 15th Class be?

I would love a full Witch class. If not Witch, an Int-based non-caster, like an Investigator or Savant.

    D&D General Perception vs Investigation

Also important, the skills aren't mutually exclusive. There's some things that either work for; different people solving the same problem with different skills. Using deduction to solve something others use intuition or awareness for, and vice versa.

    D&D 5E (2024) Predict WotC's 2026 D&D releases

Well, Lorwyn is out of the running for 2026. That just leaves Dark Sun, something to do with Arcane stuff, and something to do with Horror stuff.

    D&D 5E (2024) Predict WotC's 2026 D&D releases

I think the adventure anthology will center around the World Tree.

D&D General Why do people like Alignment?

I always use alignment not as a prescription for PC behavior, but rather as a description. My characters are chaotic because they do chaotic things, not vice versa. That way, alignment is more of a way to track your actions for cosmic purposes, like determining your afterlife destination...

D&D 5E (2024) What books would you like to see (in 2026 and beyond)?

Campaign-wise, I would love to see Spelljammer, Eberron, or Ravenloft. Setting-wise, if not something entirely new, I'd like for some of the Radiant Citadel worlds to get a full treatment (maybe like the FR campaign book, a deep dive on 5 of them?). Also would love to see the Feywild and...

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

I think we are the same page, and your reasoning is adroit.

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

I also like that, in Dark Sun, the Templars are bad guys. Templars should always be bad guys, lol

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

Lol those were exactly what I was talking about. Glad to hear they are minor and lose-able. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of things I like about Dark Sun, even the original. It's lessons are more relevant now than ever. There's just some edge-lord stuff that I don't need in this day and age

D&D 5E (2024) When are we getting announcements for 2026 books?

I agree, I don't care if they reboot/retcon Dark Sun. I want something that speaks to our times, not weighed down by 90s baggage (Of course, new settings would be nice, but hey, what're you gonna do)
