A simple Mirror Image should deter or at least delay any would-be grappler.

Reading a scroll should be a start/stop/start again full-round complete scroll action action.

Cleave requires "damage" to a "creature." Images don't have hit points and aren't creatures so it loses on both fronts. In essence, you destroy it by interacting with it. Though in terms of game balance, I'd have no problem throwing fighters a bone.

Spiritual Weapon states it doesn't get or grant a flank. Since the only requirement for flanking is threatening an area, you can discern that it doesn't threaten an area and therefore doesn't get AoOs.
