How to cut back on distractions? help

I recommended gagging their mouths and checking their devices at the door. They are not necessary for rolling dice and creating replacement characters during a session, though they will still protest. But I find that not to be a distraction since it amuses me. I also like blindfolding them...

So how many monsters have threatening reach?

One can never be too sure. Why don't you try getting close to all of them and get back to us on that? (The feral trolls want me to reassure you that their reach is safe and you should try them first.)

Barbarian on plate, is it worth?

Do you know how useless vegetarian trolls are to anybody? Oh, and it also makes the minions feel useful for a change. For them, there is...

What Makes One System Better Than Another?

I like a system that is efficient; whichever one that can average the most number of player character deaths in the least amount of dice rolls will always get my vote.

Barbarian on plate, is it worth?

I never pay more than three silver pieces for a plate of Barbarian. It's usually a bit gamey for my tastes, but the feral trolls seem to enjoy it. Especially on the side of mashed Halflings and some Garden-Elf salad.
