TSR The Full & Glorious History of NuTSR

Also took me about the same time to find the "Spooky Alien" clip on iStock video. I mentioned it on the SF FB group and LaNasa responded with a weak attempt at doxxing. Par for the course.

Is the Split a Bad Thing?

One small problem here. If I'm not a 4E player, why on earth would I pay $X/month for access to books that I already own in paper and electronic forms? Regardless of how inclusive the DDI was, if I'm not using the current system and getting new material, there is no intrinsic value in their...

Which editions of D&D do you own the core books for?

I own everything except 4th edition products.

    [Trailer] The Thing remake

Actually, the sequel was already made as a video game. As I recall, it did a excellent job of instilling you with the sense of fear, paranoia, and isolation that resonated throughout the 1982 movie. And you did find out what happens next for MacReady...

Best Way to Sell Used RPG Material?

If you are willing to forego the extra cash until next year, I suggest donating the books to your local library. It's tax deductible for next year, and it gets the books in the hands of many gamers.

4e = the Titanic? and other insanity or irony

Actually, you did. It's a classic case of not seeing the forest for the trees. You are here every day, reading the forums, so your perspective is slightly skewed. I log in maybe 3-4 times a year at this point, and the sole reason I am here today is because a fellow gamer sent me Ampersand...

How big is your RPG collection?

Colossal D&D collection. 1453 books, boxed sets, and modules - all OD&D through 3.5. Not including the magazines, D&D board games, stickers, coloring books, etc. or non-D&D items.

    Weaning Off the Sauce

Hi KM, I've been off the sauce since August of 2007, when the powers-that-be announced 4E. Being a part of the crusty old grognards that loved previous editions and clutched our fears to our chests about this "new edition," I immediately ceased spending my disposable income on WotC products...

WotC puts a stop to online sales of PDFs

Hahahahaha! Glorious! It's news like this that makes me glad that I stopped buying any WotC products once they announced 4E, and put all my gaming funds over into Paizo. Not only did it save me a couple thousand a year, it supports a company that truly cares about its fans, and helps ensure...
