Its outside of the bracket for sure, but since you attack twice, i think/guess you can add the +2 per attack for an effective +4 dmg from this feat when you use Twin Strike.

I'd like to ask another question,too. The fighter classfeature "Combat Challenge" is not 100% clear to me. "Every time you attack a creature, ..., you can mark that target." In which cases can i mark how many creatures: I get an opportunity attack. I can use my melee basic attack...
