Do any of the encounters seem like prime TPK opportunity? I'm thinking Party Level +5 or more. After people's experiences with H1, my party has been debating whether 4e is more TPK-heavy than previous editions.

My players have decided that casting on the defensive is too easy. That's kind of funny, since making it harder will only hurt them. Guess it shows that I'm not playing with a bunch of munchkins. Has anybody else come to the same conclusion, and can you offer a house rule that's worked for...

A debate has come up in my campaign about whether the rules allow an assassin to use his sneak attack when flanking. The rules text is almost identical to that of the rogue, but specifically leaves out the case of flanking, so I'm leaning towards "no". What do you think? Thanks.
