Titan Forge is really stepping up their game with all these partnerships for Pathfinder and Dragonbane. My poor Elegoo Mars 2 is going to be crying instead of retiring.

Jargon is fine if it can be recognized as shorthand for a larger concept. Jargon is crud when it is used to gate keep or obfuscate. The problem is the use, not the word. Ask for clarification and move on with the conversation.

You mean, Sir Drake Mallard, Righteous Rage of the Misty Vale? Does his beak offend, Sir? Excited that Titan Forge is doing these. They are a good studio with a large catalog of STL miniatures. Good to see more being produced for Dragonbane.

I don't care about the individual character art. The composition of the cover is just boring as hell, both the comic and the novel. My eyes glazed over before I could even notice there was a gold dwarf cropped out in the top image. I hope Greg Pak can spin some stories with these folks.

D&D is not going to innovate or change any sacred cows. The last time for that was D&D Next. The rules are 'good enough' to continue to keep the game in print for longer than I will be on this good, green earth. And compared to some of the iterative designs of D&D Next, 5E is very toned down...

I agree, despite my love of psionics, that the name and naming of powers, is very 70's new age and pop psychology. There is a place in fantasy stories to have the psychic who affects others or the environment with merely their will and thought. And Buddha knows, there are so many better ways to...

I miss all the juicy gossip when I pull long work hours... I wish Jeremy Crawford all the best going forward and thank him for his contributions to D&D. I did not always agree with his rules interpretations, but you could tell his decisions were from a play perspective, not just a white room...

I love the Abhorsen Trilogy. I love Earthsea. This Neck Romancer is right up my alley. Most of the flavor is going to be the spells and how Walk in Death modifies effects. The setting and lore are very evocative. I love the whole Crow-like (or Undertaker) theme of the returning from death...

I went with Jester and Psion, but I like all the spell casting options. I trust Kelsey will do something beyond just spells for psionics. Paladin and barbarian seem to be covered by existing classes. Jester at least feels like something new.
