I believe that it is the Bow of the Solars and it is in the Arms and Equipment Guide for 3.0, although it did not create force arrows but did create arrows of slaying. It may have been updated for 3.5, but I am not sure.

She should at least buy a wisdom boosting ioun stone. Better still, you can follow the rules in the Magic Item Compendium and allow her to combine her amulet of natural armor with a periapt of wisdom or you could allow her to buy a headband of wisdom or something similar (see pages 233 and 234).

At high enough levels, AC almost becomes irrelevant, since most PCs will be hit on anything other than a 1 or 2. I would focus on items/spells/armor upgrades that give a miss chance, i.e. mirror image, greater mirror image, blur, displacement, invisibility, greater invisibility, blink, etc...

I know that Customer Services is often wrong, but I did ask them about the +3 bonus shocking grasp bonus and they indicated that it would apply when a duskblade channel's shocking grasp. Take it for what it is worth. Jerry
