celestial bow?

My buddy explained to me that one of his epic campaigns his character had a "bow of the celestial" that created arrows of force and if he hit they had to roll a DC Fort 19 or they died. Now then iv looked for this bow because something that awesome id save up for it but I cant find it anywhere anybody know of it?

I believe that it is the Bow of the Solars and it is in the Arms and Equipment Guide for 3.0, although it did not create force arrows but did create arrows of slaying. It may have been updated for 3.5, but I am not sure.

arrow targeting any creature type the wielder chooses.

and there was a bow in there that made force arrows but his bow sounded sooooo cool i mean dc 19 or you DIE and infinite arrows thats crazy il have to ask him next time we game
