Nice way to subtly fuse it all together. All I've done is let Forgotten Realms characters end up in places like Ravnica, Innistrad, or Amonkhet. I may have to step my game up!
I'm a fan of crossovers and my current campaign is starts in the Forgotten Realms and crosses into many Magic: The Gathering worlds. Admittedly, I was inspired by James Wyatt's Plane Shift documents. It inspired me enough to make my own patreon for my adventures and rules anyway.
