For D&D, in my opinion, the best business model is maximizing brand value and then generating revenue through licensing and derivatives.
To achieve this, the brand needs to stay kinda cool, the type that film directors would want to feature it to show stylish characters.

Never mind... I had just checked it on my desktop, and realized that the problem was in DMs Guild mobile website. Not only it does not contain Wotc's disclaimer, I entered an individual review about the product because its layout looks a LOT like the book description itself.
