Well, now that is has been over two weeks and no reply to the contracts question, I would assume that Rapid POD does not use a contract as other professional companies do. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for printing my sketchbook.

True, however I am sure others have the same questions... so it would probably be easiest for Ken to answer them here then a bunch of e-mails. Since it has been a week I am sure they are very busy and really don't have time to answer a ton of e-mails.

I too am interested. My concern is like The Le do you have a written statement as to your standards to meeting deadlines and if there is any abnormalities with the printing such as loose binding, folds, rips or tears or pages printed upsidedown do you guarantee replacement copies within a set...

You could sell the book on Ebay or to whomever and use that money to put toward the exact same pdf.....
