I tend to do my flanking in a carefull fashion. take a cautious approach on turn 1, maybe not even attacking anything at all, see who engages who and then go flank somewhere on the sides. You still cant do more than 1 full round before attracting a lot of attention and moving away, but its worth...

Depending on what it is you can reflex save in spot (for example, if youve seen the first spiderman movie, the part in the burning house, he dodges projectiles by twisting and contorting about on the spot.) Also your movement rule may get confusing when coupled with feats like dive for cover...

I discussed that with my DM. My point was that it has a duration in rounds, even if it is only untill the next round. The wording of continuous does not state that it must be rounds/level. But i guess thats a matter of interpretation. The duration field itself does indeed not state a duration...

You may wanna apply the 'continuous' property on an item that functions in this way and multiply the cost accordingly. Just a thought.
