Are there any good rules how to handle intimidate? First: The DC=10+HD rule is simply crap. A naked 12th level rougue with skillmastery(intimidate), a -2 for beeing naked, a fairly high Charisma and/or Skillfocus(Intimidate) can make a titan fear him without a chance of failing. Yeah! sure...

To give a Magic Weapon a Special Ability you have to enchant it at least with an +1 bonus. In your opinion: Would it disrupt the game anyhow, if you give out weopons without the "at least +1" or to allow players to enchant weapons this way?
