A Wilder is already very much like a Psion. I'm afraid that mixing the two like you did produces nothing specifically unique, and only gives you the best of both classes without their weaknesses.
I will point out that the "Anyone but a Fighter or Barbarian" clause does not preclude having levels in those classes. You need levels in other classes as well is all. It also does not stop a Paladin or Psychic Warrior from taking this PrC. Actually, I bet a Soulknife would make a killer Time...
