Abilities like time regression are horrible in play. What if I don't remember how much damage I took last round? 'Horrifying tracking required' effects tend to grind the game to a halt for 20 minutes while everyone tries to put together what's happening now.

Actually, I decided to just remove it.

Well, full BAB and caster advancement is pretty nice, and the ability to one-shot people by dropping their Dex to zero is, I suppose, rather sexy, but I feel that the power needs to be upped a tad. The entry req. of "Anyone but a fighter or barbarian" kinda leaves me hanging. I mean, what if my warlock, psion, or totemist comes into the class - what is there for them? Add soulmelds and power points - maybe keyed to dex. Also, eldritch blast progression, but more than the warlock. That is also keyed to dex; like, one eldritch blast die per dex point? Man, that'd be skippy-cool, am I right?

Classes that advance arcane casting also advance Eldritch Blast.

I will point out that the "Anyone but a Fighter or Barbarian" clause does not preclude having levels in those classes. You need levels in other classes as well is all. It also does not stop a Paladin or Psychic Warrior from taking this PrC. Actually, I bet a Soulknife would make a killer Time Mage after it got about 6 levels in the Soulknife class.

I'm afraid I don't know much of anything about Magic of Incarnum, so even if adding those things was a good idea, I would have no idea how to implement them. But isn't that what multi-classing is for?
