    Mounts - Some Important Questions

    A) I'd use the Standard to move the mount away and let the player dismount as a move action. This doesn't nerf the dominate effect and allows the player to dismount. B) Since you're dazed and limited to the one action, you can take 1 action or command your mount to perform one action. C)...

    Mounts and combat

Yes. Since they're movement is linked, if one is immobilized so is the other. The rider could dismount from an immobilized mount. No. What other effects do you have questions about?

Divine Challenge: Switching targets means you don't have to engage?

For those that think you can DC a new target every round and never engage a target it may help to understand how DC came to include the engage part. Prerelease DC did not have the "engage" requirement and in play testing one of the most effective tactics for a paladin was to challenge a target...

    Implement/Shaman questions

If you need everything in that black and white clarity you're going to be asking a lot of questions and using your own interpretations. This game isn't that clear and assumes a moderate ability to read english and think.

    Minion version of insubstantial/vulnerable monster?

Could make them 2 shot mooks. Sometimes I've done that instead of doubling the number.

    lines and targeting

It depends on how the power is worded. You obviously need LoE to effect someone, but there are powers that can only target or effect "each enemy/creature you can see", which requires both LoS and LoE.

How meticulous can the planning be in a six-second combat round?

Thats one of the advantages to a turn based system without time limits. In our regular game most of us play D&D for tactics than role-playing. For heavy role-playing we switch games.

    Implements/Weapon Powers Question

No, those are written as powers and not properties. Sadly, the FAQ seems to indicate you can apply a weapons property to implement powers. We don't allow it in our group.

    Deft Strike and Stealth

Stealth: At the end of a move action. So, no. Stealth is part of a move action, not an attack action.

    Masterwork Armour ?

RAW doesn't say that. It should be the case to keep AC progression consistent but it is technically possible to have +6 non masterwork armor, which should only show up if your DM is a @1$&.

How do temporary hit points work?

Note quite true. Invigorating now adds to the TMP gained. Originally they stacked but was quickly erratad.

    Spirit Companion Question

Nope. Then you haven't been looking here and, certainly not, on WoTC Forums since PHB2 came out. It has been asked several times and brought up in other threads as well. The rules are permissive based saying "you can do x" not "you can't do x". If you're okay with all conjurations being...

    Spirit Companion Question

I think that's why most people play it as being summoned anywhere but can't move vertically (fly) except to follow terrain.

    Properties and multiple implements

The rules say yes. Heck, you don't even have to be wielding the implement to get the properties/bonuses as the FAQ points out.

    Spirit Companion Question

Surely they would have mentioned somewere that spirits can fly if that was the intent. Don't mix fluff text with rules. "The mole/worm spirit burrows beneath your allies, keeping watchful wiskers/sensative skin altert for hidden enemies..." doesn't allow your spirit to avoid attacks or be...
