Hey there folks! My gaming group and I are looking to add a additional head to our circle. We are located in Warrington (just outside of Doylestown) and meet weekly on Saturday. We primarily play Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 & D20 Modern. We are a laid back bunch who enjoy the release role playing can...
Hello Folks!
We are a gaming group who are looking to add a new face to our campaign. We play every Saturday at 6:30pm till around midnight. Many of us have been playing together for quite a number of years so we have plenty of experience under our belts. We have no issues teaching new...
Best bet is to use the Wizards 3.5 conversion. I think it is very well done. If you dont think the trap DC's are high enough then just bump them up a bit. Same goes for the few encounters found with in.
As for a time limit, personally I just wouldnt let em take 20 or even 10 for that matter...
Oh, well I am looking for modules that are mid to low magic. I would perfer a map but if the module explains the lay out well enough then there is no need. As for monsters, they dont need to be statted out, just their name and how many of em does well for me.
Thanks for the help Rumbletiger.
Although I had most of these modules from WotC. I'm looking for ones written by the common gamer. An any level would do.
I asked Monte Cook a question that is very much like your own. I had asked about the pricing of magical items such as a wand of infinite magic missles. Now you would think; wow, a wand that can cast a long range spell that always hits (even if it is level 1 with a d4+1) forever. That must cost a...
I found a fantastic adventure by Bruce Cordell called Dragotha's Lair. It was a module for the RPGA Adventurers Guild Tournament. It sort of is a sequel to White Plume Mountain or atleast an adventure that has something to do with it. Anyhow I am working on a word for word conversion of it with...
Hello Gang,
Long time lurker here. I am on a hunt for modules for Dungeons & Dragons 3.5e. I have already gobbled up the free adventures offered by WotC and a few odd ones found on the net.
I am find that I am having a hard time finding generic adventures that can be dropped into any ol'...
To tell you the truth I dont allow my players to take 20 at all. I think the whole idea is kind of stupid. I think an important part of role playing is the chance of failure (dispite the fact that the newer editions are more and more player friendly). This give for more role playing...
Greetings!
I am a long time gamer who has just recently fallen in love the wounderful world of Greyhawk. I am currently working on a rather large campaign using many of the now famous modules from yesteryear. My only problem is that I am having a hard time pinning the locations of where...
Alrighty,
I am looking for a map maker with the ability to create classic looking dungeon maps used mostly with 2E products. The maps from the box sets of "The Ruins of Undermountain" are the style I am looking to recreate. So does anyone know of any problems that could do such a thing?
