Another spell that is really good for a 6th or 7th lvl spot is holy sword. It is listed as a 4th lvl spell but if you notice the paladin (who is the only one to get the spell) doesn't get it till 14th or 15th lvl. Nerax

I think that you did a good job at reworking it to a more suitable form than it was previously. I really like the living shield ability. I play a dwarven fighter/devoted defender/dwarven defender but I only had 2 lvl's of devoted defender because it didn't do me much good to take anymore...
