I like the risk/reward nature of the spells a lot and some more summoning options were needed imo. I also dig the "somewhat more complicated to get components" part of the spells. Dunno about the Tiefling variant though. Random spells COULD be fun for some... not my cup of tea though

Well as an easy ad hoc fix you could substitute the effects you do not like with some of the Wand of Wonder (DMG p. 212-213) effects.

The Bladesinger is fine on it's own. There are some multiclassing options that benefit more strongly than others (rogues and monks) but even those are not in "gamebreaking" territory unless your PC has uber abnormal stats.

Wow this very in depth. On first read I do not see anything overly imbalance. I love the difference in mechanic and will playtest this as soon as I get the chance. Thank you for your hard work.
