At this point i have to say that after may year of playing only wizards i decided one...
I have tried to make several builds using the TWF and i have come to the conclusion that Rogues are the best class for using that style of play.
Not only they add full S.A. dmg in each attack but they make even more dmg if they take the Craven feat (Champions of ruin book).
Really hard dmg...
One of my friends wants to try a dragon disciple coz he finds him interesting with those wings and claw attacks..
I wanna help him make one good DD but i am not proficient with this class..
Do you want any good feat-combo for Dragon disciple that would be usefull to him?

As for their equipment i think something like a light steel shield +2 and a chain shirt +2.
A mercifull longsword and a sap, a whistle and a ring of protection +3.
Also a belt of giant str +4.
They are lvl 14.. Are those items too much for them or must i boost them more...
No, i ve never banned such spells in my games but i have semi ban other things such as Bo9s ( i told my players that if they want to use this book i will use it too against them and that scared them so we agreed not to use it in my campaign).
