Ok thx for everyone! As for their equipment i think something like a light steel shield +2 and a chain shirt +2. A mercifull longsword and a sap, a whistle and a ring of protection +3. Also a belt of giant str +4. They are lvl 14.. Are those items too much for them or must i boost them more...

Can a fighter (lets say lvl 10) make full power attack and full combat expertise? What will be the penalty on the attack roll if both can happen?

No, i ve never banned such spells in my games but i have semi ban other things such as Bo9s ( i told my players that if they want to use this book i will use it too against them and that scared them so we agreed not to use it in my campaign). I think these spells are fun to use but not all the...
