Try out Hârn and if that does not work, try to get a copy of The Medieval Handbook for Ars Magica 3rd edition, or Ordo Nobililis for Ars Magica 4th edition. That should do the trick.
Hârn and Kalamar is my bet on the table. The former is perhaps too dry and down to earth, but the latter is well developed in its own right and has the correct fantasy feel. if you are into D&D, there is nothing as good as Kalamar.
Yes I would and I do. I mean after all it is a game, and like with a movie I do not get affected. My players have portrait all kinds of characters over the years, some even more nasty than this. They are normal people with wives and kids so like many actors on screen playing the worst swines...
