The AL players guide doesn't provide an example for trading armor proficiencies for weapons/tools. If anyone has some answers
If your race has proficiency in light armor and medium armor (Mountain Dwarf or Githyanki), can you trade each armor proficiency for 1 weapon?

I assume your rogue is a halfling lightfoot.
Take a look at your "Sources" at the top of the Start page. If you do not have "ALL" ● selected, you must select each book individually. What I am seeing would suggest that you have Xanathar's Guide selected but not the Player's handbook.
The spreadsheet overrides are exactly for this kind of customization. In many ways the spreadsheet assists you, but still requires a player know their options.
I believe that tracking form is not run by Forged Anvil, but by someone else who was working on a derivative spreadsheet.
Forged Anvil received a cease and desist letter from WoTC regarding this spreadsheet.
As far as I know it is no longer being developed in any official capacity.

This is actually a bug in the spreadsheet. If you have the ability to see the "Tables" tab you can see
NU34 =IF(NV33>=1,0,1)
This cell references the monk's immunity to prevent it from listing it twice, however it is the wrong formula and should be:
NU34...
My vision of a psion, doesn't use verbal or somatic components in their powers. Psion's don't have to use a point based system, and may be made much simpler with spell slots for higher level abilities.

PS I noticed a bug for Lore bards that choose a cantrip with their level 6 magical secrets, Spellcasting is improperly showing the number of spells level one and higher known.
The following change corrects the number of Known spells (other than cantrips)...
