I assume your rogue is a halfling lightfoot. Take a look at your "Sources" at the top of the Start page. If you do not have "ALL" ● selected, you must select each book individually. What I am seeing would suggest that you have Xanathar's Guide selected but not the Player's handbook.

Conandar's solution works well. This is actually a bug in the spreadsheet. If you have the ability to see the "Tables" tab you can see NU34 =IF(NV33>=1,0,1) This cell references the monk's immunity to prevent it from listing it twice, however it is the wrong formula and should be: NU34...
