You could look at Freeport and Warhammer fantasy to get inspiration to match the aesthetic. Shadow of the demon lord also has a similar tone.

The original dark sun did indeed have druids, rangers, elemental clerics and templars as divine classes. the druids were described as living in the wilderness protecting oases and the like. The cultural impact of elemental clerics was not really handled much.

I would've guessed Planescape and Dark Sun Seems like it's referring to the Enhance edition of Planescape Torment and a Chult expansion instead?

Awesome Good to know. I really Like the 2d20 for conan, but I know it would a hard sell to my players to try it if hit locations were unavoidable.
