It looks like the lawyers took extra care to separate what parts of the SRD would make them lose a court case against the "you can't copyright game mechanics" and they just closed the rest of the SRD.

The way the license draft is today, you won't be able to, as an example, create a new path for a class with just CC-BY, nor create any monster that has the use of spells or the like. All CC-BY content would (IANAL / any other not "i'm not a legal advisor" preamble I could use) probably fall...

Just reading the SRD right now. So we have core mechanics (leveling up, hd, proeficiency, etc) but no classes, the rules about monster stats, but no monster, and the conditions.

The biggest issue, does someone see something they can use to change the license to something else later? If the core rules are licensed at CC-BY, just add the CC-BY 2 lines text and be done with it.

They've learned nothing, I don't see any kind of tech to prevent it from leaking/identifying the leaker. I don't know the name of the tech, but it's some kind of light beacons that change colors depending on where you are seating, so at least you'd know where the guy who leaked information was...
