Just thought of this while playing around with build ideas. What would need to be done in order to balance interchanging class features? such as giving a ranger the furious counterstrike ability, or other abilities like mettle, smite evil, animal companion, etc. I think they're too powerful to...

Baisically a monk or fighter with a ton of combat expertise stuff. In 3.5 I had a monk that could trip people by provoking an atttack of opportunity. All he had you do was run past you. :p pretty fun. and annoying to the DM. at least a while.:D

Ranger and all the cool PrC's for them, Scout, and ToB:Bot9S classes. I only played 3.5 so... thats it. :)

I was just wondering what the best and favorite Ranger PrC's are and why. I personally like the Forest Reeve and the Dread Commando for there cool themes and cooler ablities. So have at it. :P

I agree that alot fantasy clothing is ridiculous. However, ranger clothing has to be functional by law.:lol: Also in my original post I mentioned the evlish clothing on LotR. Have you seen the design pics of the clothes? Especially for Legolas. Never before have I seen such a perfect combination...

Well making the stuff would be wonderful, IF I had the time. so... I also find it strange that with all the various clothing genres out there, there is'nt one for this kinda stuff. They have Goth, Prep, Hippie, Sporty, Business, Punk/Rocker, Gangster, Retro, and I'm sure many more, but alas, no...

I am big into the study of medieval and/or fantasy stuff. from architecture to philosophy to clothing. that is what I want to adress. I LOVE the clothing of the elves in LotR and ranger/rogue style clothing in D&D, but it just does'nt seem to exist in the real world unless you go to a costume...
