I'm consistently surprised that anyone is having an average combat last longer than 20 minutes. What are you people doing that's taking so long? In a 2-3 (never longer than 4) hour session I can normally get through a skill challenge and 6-8 combats + role play.

I second this post. Personal I would allow players to either use their own AP or give the DM an AP to use in a later encounter. I like the idea of AP working more like the Buffy RPG's drama points.

Point buy isn't the only system. What about those who are using the "standard array" or those who still roll? (edit: Ok, it will let me go negative and apparently you just get the standard array by putting the starting value of 8 in the score that will be a 10 but those seem like clunky work...

By my understanding of the rules you have too many at wills. A Warlock has the at will provided by their pact (Revenant in this case) and Eldrich Blast. A human Warlock would take an at will from another pact for their free power. There's no real room for Eldrich Light.
