I’ve never had a problem with color coded dragons (or color coded creatures/enemies in general).
Having said that, I’ve been expanding the lore of my dragons and giving them other names the different dragon species go by, sometimes with overlapping common names for different species that...
I feel like this topic is just one of many examples of different people having different expectations/preferences to how the fantasy/story/immersion/"whatever else you want to put here" of there games are achieved. I have played in games where Warlock pacts/patrons are not important at all in a...
I gave it a 9. There are a few changes I don't care for, but overall I like many of the improvements that the revision brought to the game. I'd give the 2014 version a 7.5-8 rating.
I'm not as big a fan of normal urban or cyberpunk style genres, or genres of Sci-fi that lack fantastical or cosmic themes in their games/stories. I love fantasy and magical forces and crazy monsters and grand cosmic themes and cosmologies both whimsical and eldritch.
The small handful of times I have used the report button has been for something along these lines. A poster or group of posters started getting a bit heated in a thread that is very fast pace and with a lot of passionate debate/discussion happening. This can make it easier to get riled up when...
Honestly, anything that isn't just adventure anthology/campaign books. The ones with little to no new items, mechanics, or monsters.
I have no use for adventures, official or 3pp, as they all suck.
Humans in my world a very, very rare as they are not native to the material world of Salvera and have only really arrived to the realm roughly a decade ago alongside a outsider dragon god that then immediately joins my world's pantheon. And even then, they have been "blessed" with a small bit of...
Dragonborn in my world can commonly be born with or without tails. Vestigial wings are less common but can still happen. I have been workshopping racial/species feat trees for dragonborns that can allow them to have working wings and tails that you can attack with and even be prehensile...
Cormyr should be wiped of the map and become the ruined lair of an Amethyst dragon, with the remnants of the population forced to become the dragon's services and soldiers. The PDK background is for those that were raised to be one of these soldiers. ;)
Honestly for me it's whatever monsters don't immediately intrigue me with their standard lore. However, half the time I end up changing the lore for a lot of these creatures that then makes me appreciate their standard lore more over time (even if I like my new lore more).
