Exceptionally delicious. You wouldn't want to feed your pet dungeon denizens anything less.
That being said, we definitely have an overpowered party and even in a game of hapless people, I'd want them to be uniquely adapted to meet the challenges.
Based on what I have (just now, never heard of this before) read, the creator has threatened forums with legal action and sent in astroturfing teams to squash any criticism of his alt-right views.
Break and anything Troika look interesting but with only so much time and budget, I probably won't get to them. There's too much good everything these days.

You might not even need a special skill. Just walk behind the previous, ill-fated folks and waltz into the now exposed/triggered/harmless traps and avoid the now obvious spikes and ignore the now triggered dart throwers, taking everything the corpses have on them.
I guess that's how trap reset...
Delicious in Dungeon has those cool ecology sections, but it is ALSO an example of "a Wizard did it" as dungeons in the setting are an actual magical effect that can be created and maintained (I think they also imply that they can be naturally occurring).
I've tried to be good about coming up with terrible things to happen on 1s but I can't always think of clever things. I definitely do the "critical success on a 20" with skill checks that a few people find anathema.
