Old D&D Thank the gods of Gygax that we don't have to suffer AD&D 3.0 and 4.0 any longer! Its been a loooong road to get back to start again. I chose to sit in jail at 2.0 than pay the $200 to continue around the board.

Is there a source on how to convert all sorts of things like Rules, Monsters, magic items from 3.5 to AD&D? Specifically, I picked up a wonderful resource D20 book called Demonology. Need to covert the spells, feats and skills to AD&D. What is a dc20 roll in AD&D? Thanks!

I checked that link and found it is only for 3e PHB. I need the errata for 2e books. Also wasn't there a FAQ somewhere on rule explanations? I know TSR used to have one. Almost any question someone had on a rule could be answered there.

Here here! I hear ya. In an ideal world nothing beats AD&D. But when a DM looses the respect of his players then they all are happy to move to 3.5 - Rules to control the DM. Rules to kill the DM and turn him into a GM. Then you are no longer playing D&D. Looses the soul of D&D.

Growing up on AD&D 1e I would be most interested in your 2nd build. Put out a PHB and DM Guide as if TSR would have in 1999. All the bloat pulled out and cleaned up. Errata's included to fix problems. Sounds good to me. can I download that this weekend for my new campaign? lol
