    Im trying to convert this to 3.5 (i found a somewhat working way) but I dont understand where you got his spell saves from? For Innate spellcasting it says DC22 (and spell attack of +14) and intelligence based. For Frightful Presence it says DC21 and is Wisdom based. So where does the difference...

    I like it! Id love to see a connection to her Dark Young and the cultists though ;) but i'll construct that in my lovecraft mythos campaign. Thanks for making these! My strong suit is general and grand story, no so much creating/balancing monsters so these are great to get a base!
