Hi, I'm having trouble downloading NPC Designer from the ENGS. I bought it some time ago and I've only downloaded once or twice. I'm on a new computer now, so I was hoping to bring it over, but when I click on download, I get a page saying: Warning...

Is this right? I thought all the other information, like the videos and the stuff at Wizards indicates that Collins, Cordell, and Heinsoo are the leads, and Mearls is under them.

At the beginning of the book (I know, the part most of us just skip over since it's the same in every book), they say you need a mini to play, in order to represent your character. But judging from the rest of the book, that's sort of just a nod to WotC, and they by no means emphasize minis...
