I nerfed it as far as the max movement you can drag an opponent with it... but that is mostly mechanical feeling 🧀 of having a lithe dex-based character suddenly forcefully drag big brutes around a battlefield. Honestly, it feels to me like there should be that differentiation on Str based...
If you fight enough Large + size monsters it becomes a dead feat. I think that fact helps balance it.
Fighting alot of Big bads? Consider if your feat will be dead
I am thinking CharGen, pretty spendy. But it looks like I can generate map tiles with it, and consistent items and such. Looks like it combines the best of many worlds with several different engines, is that fairly accurate for anyone who knows?
Thanks for the feedback. I am new to this, but did create some good stuff for my little campaign. However, there were some shortcomings to that program.
1) Subscription/budget is no barrier.
2) Alot of the Chat GPT images recently have my preferred style and char save ability.

So with all this experimenting, any opinions on which generator I should re-up? I do alot of sword-&-sorcery grit, I would like one that portrays dynamic characters, and maybe could save a character and reuse it. I enjoyed that Conan rep in previous posting.
Any suggestions before I re-up with one?
Depends, you can get some pretty epic plumed helmets... especially if they magically blacken the facial features. I think either The Mandelorian or any number of Greek heroes for helms being a big part of the hero 😀
Pretty good, bringing home to the barbarian though. I just don't see the point as much with 2weap fighting & vex.l (besides personal fantasy). Using reckless attack to start a vex chain is redundant, to harmful. I would either reckless or tank my way into Purple Dragon (for easy advantage) and...
That's fair. I've seen my fair share of "failure to launch" to even land the hit to start the vex chain.. often not mentioned with that build, but landing the first attack with a vex chain is a condition that often isn't mentioned.. I'd honestly rather stratify some more versatile weapon mastery...
& I hate "dmg" arguments so its crazy to think I will add to one, but people tend to gloss over the GWM bonus attack because of the situational nature and you can add the greataxe free cleave to that too. On my GWM champion I out-race the dmg of our dual wielder mightily just cleaving hordes...
Likes:
1) Decreased cognitive loading
2) The subclasses
3) Simplified movement
Dislike:
1) Majority magic is combat, less utility spells
2) WoTC @tm gamer species. Just opinion, I just don't like the lizard heads and the DnD take on drow.
Probably more I don't like... but hey I still play, it...
I understand that and that is fine, I know many people still use '14. The post has "DnD 5e 2024" topic-tagged, so I was just trying to verify. You couldn't pay me to go back to the old system for that.. not that I think it’s "bad", just much more streamlined now.. IMO
