No argument here, My current campaign is homebrew worldbuild... with a whole lot of interplanar incursions from some of the usual suspects and "big name" shakers. My story for the coming of Orcus is an extreme departure from "canon".

As long as you time-dilate you can do anything 😀.. ask The Lion, Witch, & Wardrobe. Time dilation is my favorite Faewild or Hells aspect.
I find time dilation to be a much less messy connective tissue to stories.. time travel loses my vested interest, time dilation will always be my...
I've used archery on almost this exact versatile fighter the OP posted about, very effective. Then I bounced back and forth between defense and blindfight for my bonus fighting style... I found blindfight to be more up my ally, mostly because, as we plugged along +1 AC had diminishing returns on...
I've seen plenty of "invisible" condition in my games
The DM makes the opposition stealth/hide at like a 50% clip (in combat is trickier though).. he might do it to take our full casters down a notch though. White room caster stuff forgets how bad they are against ambush and stealth in the face...
Also very good if you intend to buff your allies at all. I have had many situations where our ranger was "invisible" in dim light... and I could not help the ally with a spell or assistance because the DM (in his wisdom) said... wait a minute, how are you seeing said tricksy ally to give them...
Also closer to true "ass" or at least "cheeks" on half-martials that aren't throwing quite so many attacks out there. Might be ok on Berserker barbs, but savage attacker is stronger for big single attack pops.. multi attacks and frequent use start to add up though.
May be a bit of hyperbole for me to call GWF style "ass". It is better than that in practice. I just REALLY like savage attacker in practice and that origin feat can mitigate quite a bit of the purpose of GWF (NOT COMPLETELY)
Human origin feats were Faerun's Lord's Alliance (I love the synergy with frequent crits) and easy conditional advantage without being bloodied or having to use a whimpy vex weapon. Then used savage attacker because I've critted one too many times, then gone on to roll garbage dmg. Dmg rerolls...
