I'm really puzzled by this suddenly. I read the PHB for a 3rd level dwarf fighter and I count 3 feats for a 3.5 dwarf. 2 at 1st level and a bonus at 2nd. Then I cranked out an npc from etools and bingo! it shouts out the guy has 4 feats Who's correct? and why? Thank you very much.
