As the new class to the table, I feel like marshal has very few roles. Even the artificer can use one of the new options or the old ones. One of my players wants to play a sort of war hero, grizzled veteran, lead from the front kind of marshal. There don't seem to be any archetypes to fit this...
I think the response is focusing on the fact that it would be no easier for the designers to give you a list of changed spells. They are busy as well.
If you want this, then go through manually and make the changes yourself.
It has to be the combat manuvers. Not only are they balanced but they will bring so much more fun to playing a martial character. Not only this, but it has led to classes gaining more out of combat options, as their levels are taken up less with combat stuff. Having fighters be so much more than...
The wolf changes are quite strange here. So, losing an AC and 1.5 damage (or 2 if using average) but gaining a single point of Prone DC as well as gaining darvision seems weird. The wolf is now much less of a threat, even if the cool 'wolf jumps on you' moment is 5% more likely.
