ok, can you explain why the staff of self alteration is 6,500gp when it is only 2 first level spells (enlarge and reduce) which you only need to be caster level 1 to cast?

When using wondrous item creation what types of items fall under the "miscellaneous items" title. Like take an ordinary silver ring with no abilities. it is already forged so would you be able to imbue it with the wonderous item feat or do you need forge ring still. Same goes for things like...
