Let the speculation begin!

Okay, after hearing this announcement. I used my skills as a hacker to break into WotC's database. Sure enough, I was able to find a cover shot of this mysterious product that is supposed to evoke dread.

LOL :D

My vote for the back from the grave nightmare supplement would be
The Complete Sages and Specialists, v3.5: an NPC class campaign.

Or, if it's something new, it could be a DM's Guide To 101 Nasty And Permanent Disabilities To Inflict Upon PCs That They Can Only Get Rid Of By Roleplaying And Not By Casting Spells Such As Heal, Greater Restoration, Regenerate, True Resurrection and Miracle.

Reaslistically, though, I think it will be a book on Undead, or maybe Fiends, along the lines of Draconomicon.

I'd like to see a book(s) that takes a detailed look at demons, daemons, and devils. BOVD was a decent overview of the Archfiends and evil in general and Manual of the Planes presents an "okay" look at the lower planes but doesn't provide much in the way of specifics. In most of the discussions people site 2E Planescape when talking about the fiends. It is time for an update.
