I put my cash on an Undead book, ala Draconomicon.
I'd love to see a fiend book, oh how would I love it to flesh out the details and differences between Baatezu, Tanar'ri, Yugoloth and Gehreleth, etc. However, I dare say that WotC could not, and may never, equal the level of brilliance that was the 2e Planescape 'Faces of Evil:The Fiends'. Single greatest supplement for any RPG system ever, in my none so humble opinion. I'm biased here.
I loved the Draconomicon 3e, and if WotC does a similar undead book and keeps to the same level of quality I might change my mind on having them do something similar to an update on Faces of Evil. We'll see.
