Slaves of the Dragon (orsal judging)

Veras-Re steps forwards, and decidedly mows kobold 2 down.

Kobold 8 stabs Garma, causing an ugly wound to the loyal wolf (5 damage, total 8 damage), and kobold 11 misses his shot at the enraged wolf. Kobold 12, facing a small earth elemental and several enraged villagers, without a weapon, considers his options, and decides to withdraw from battle, and jumps into the pool of water. "Fool." a few voices mutter.
Planus positions himself better, and lets an arrow loose at kobold 11, and gasps as he actually manages to hit the reptilian creature.

(Opale is up)

(Garma has 5/13 hit points left, and looks very wounded, Veras-Re has 10/21 hit points left, and also looks very wounded, but seemingly in less danger than Garma. If the kobolds hit again with the force they hit Garma, or the priest casts again, Garma would probably only be able to take one hit, Veras-Re two.)

Opale recharge her crossbow with one of the silver bolt and then aim at Eskaron looking for a clear path.

[SBLOCK=OOC]If there is a way to shoot at Eskaron with no chance to hit one of her companion, Opale will shoot at him. If not, she will try to Daze the priest.[/SBLOCK]

Opale shoots at Eskaron, but aims a bit too high, and misses. Having taken note of the kobold heretic, Eskaron maneuvers around Veras-Re, and "breathes" another ray at the kobold. The heretic end up burned, but still standing (9 damage). The earth elemental moves towards kobold 8, and downs it in one strike. The heretic begins another summoning. The villagers, seeing only Eskaron and the priest still standing, wait, unsure if they can take on the "dragon."

(Quarion and Katherine are up)

(I just noticed I goofed with regards to the kobold priest - Farid shouldn't have hit him. I'll just call that a generosity bonus, I guess.)

Katherine moves up to beside Garma (on the side that would take her easily to Veras-ra next round) and uses her wand to heal the wolf for 1d8+1=2 hp. (doh!) Her oration ends on an up note, and her companions continue to feel strengthened by it. (+1s last for 5 more rounds, though sadly not to cure rolls. :o )

"We will handle the Pretender," she calls to the villagers, "Stand ready to strike any who recover from Opale's magic!"

Quarion Holimion, Elven Druid

Quarion rushes forward closer to the fray. As his graceful elven legs jump over and around the splats of blood and body parts strewn across the room, he pronounces words of mystical portent and flicks his arms about in arcane gestures. His motions together make him look almost like a deer leaping through a forest. But the moment is lost after only a few brief seconds. He lands right next to the integrator kobold priest and touches him, saying the last words of his incantation, "Hopai sae da haesan, eine til yr'Verdante." The elf steps back, grim. For a moment, nothing happens, then green light sparks at the kobold priest's wounds and burn marks, healing and closing them. Quarion looks almost surprised, and then satisfied. He offers a quick thanks to Verdante and turns his attention to the few foes still standing.
