Well we are waiting on Minharath and Jehad, and Minharath said he was going to delay till everyone else went, so that leaves just Jehad. It has been over the 48 hour limit now, so if anyone would like to NPC him for this turn that would be great, and then Minharath can go and then the bad guys can take their turn, and then everyone can go.

If, before Jehand's next turn, any enemy is within Jehad's line of sight, and makes an attack, Jehad is going to cast Acid Orb on that target (1d20+5 vs Reflex, 1d10+7 damage). Jehad's initiative will change to be immediately before the initiative of whoever triggered Jehad's action. (I think Jehad can actually interrupt an action with a delayed action, but I'm not certain. So, if he can, he does. otherwise, it will be a reaction. Dan's call).

Also, there's no personality information on Jehad's character page, so I'm not going to flavor this, as I don't want to step on Ghdeh1's toes here.[/sblock]

Zharne wildshapes into his beastform, rushes forward so he are at the other side of the goblin then open his jaws and a torrent of flies are unleashed. The poor creature has only a moment to shriek before being driven to the ground. Ahead Zharne can see the bearded man, but not who he was talking too.

Thorn sees that the group has been spotted, so he rushes forward

Jehad stands prepared, waiting for an enemy to enter his line of sight.

White robes standing out in the dark alleyway, Minharath slips past slower members of his party to kneel beside the goblin, apparently checking his condition. The goblin is alive. It apparently soiled itself and passed out from pure fear.

Wendel, the bearded man, turns as he hears the shriek of the fallen goblin. "What in the name of Lauto is that thing" he shouts as he sees the mangy wolf, flies still lingering around its jaw. At that moment Minharath strides forward, kneeling beside the fallen goblin checking its vitals.
Wendel scowls and points towards Minharath and Zharne, "Hey buddy, nobody messes with the Jackals, you and yer mangy mutt are dead".

A crossbow bolt appears in the side of Zharne. Tracing it's path you can see a goblin at the edge of the rooftop, quickly reloading his hand crossbow. Two halflings appear on the rooftops down the alley and fire off slings at Minharath and Zhanre. The sling stones barely miss them and whiz past them, skipping off the cobblestones and into the bay.

The bearded man just stands there, slowly drawing a mace in one hand and a dagger in the other, a menacing grin spreading across his face.

-Crates and barrels are rough terrain and require a DC 10 Athletics check to climb / jump onto. They do provide cover if between attacker and defender.

-Illumination: The night is clear and the stars provide dim lighting throughout. Everburning lanterns provide bright light in a 10 square radius. Lanterns located at U7, W2 and X12.

-Buildings are of stone construction. Eaves of the roofs vary from 15’ to 25’ off the ground.

Gellan moves forward at the sound of conflict, rounding the corner as missiles begin to rain down on them from the rooftops. Knowing how deadly his own kind can be as snipers, he takes aim at the closer halfling with his boomerang, just managing to clip it alongside the head, sending it falling senseless.

Thorn doesn't have a ranged weapon handy, so he won't be able to get to the snipers on top of the buildings. So he rushes down the ally toward our primary target: the bearded man, and hopes those snipers are bad shots.

Spotting a ragged looking human as he passes the side alley, Thorn does not divert his attention from his main goal, the bearded man.

Since Thorn could not see the ambusher at the beginning of his turn, he is not allowed to charge him - which is the only attack action he could have done after taking a 2nd move action.
But he is now aware of him, so at least he won't be getting combat advantage due to surprise.
